Insiders, assemble! A new Windows 11 build has landed in the Dev channel of the preview program. Build 25126 may be a small release, but it brings along a handful of improvements.

This is from the Sun Valley 3 development branch, which will eventually become the OS version released in 2023.

The new build adds plenty of new changes and improvements in addition to bug fixes. In fact, Microsoft calls it a good set of fixes. The most notable one fixes an issue that may have caused some Windows Insiders to experience rollbacks when trying to update to the latest Dev channel builds.

But let’s circle back to the changes and new stuff.

Back in October, Microsoft introduced a subscription management feature in the Settings > Accounts page in Windows 11. This new build makes now it easier to view your subscriptions for Office 2021 or Office 2019. It is done via the “View Details” button.

This panel shows all supported Microsoft 365 Office products licensed to your account. You can view details and install Office here.

Please note that this feature is being slowly rolled out, so you might not see it right away.

Back to the fixes, the company has compiled a long list. The announcement post contains all the information you need.

Known issues include two main things this week.

First is the fact that some games that use Easy Anti-Cheat may crash or cause your PC to bugcheck. And then there is also the case where certain apps in full-screen mode, like video players, prevent live captions from being visible. A problem where applications relaunch behind live captions is also present.
