If I were Microsoft, I’d ask this company to prove HOW it has affected their patent at this juncture of their business? And why now when the cow has left the barn? Ridiculous! Any judge should fine SurfCast for being so stupid and abusing the patent system.
It’s like when Joe Satriani sued Coldplay, claiming the UK band’s Grammy-nominated song Viva La Vida was stolen. Well, who ever heard of Joe’s version anyway and how come HE didn’t win a Grammy with it? Argh!
