While Nokia is far from being “in the clear” financially, the success of Nokia’s Lumia 920 is certainly a step in the right direction. Beyond being a big win for Nokia, Microsoft has seen quite a bit of success with Windows Phone 8 as well. Nokia has been seen as a hard-to-get device due to limited stock and a high demand, and this hasn’t went unnoticed by the media and consumers alike.
The Media has even found the Nokia Lumia 920 so noteworthy that the device has already managed to achieve 14 awards in 2012. Not bad for a company that some say is dying.

Keep in mind that previous Windows Phone 7-based Lumia devices also received awards, but never so high in number. More than once I’ve read an article on the net that proclaims that the Lumia 920 is the best Nokia handset in over a decade and I’m ready to agree.
From its beautiful display to its “glove friendly” approach and much more, the Lumia 920 is decidedly different from the Androids and iPhones of the world.
Nokia’s future remains unclear, but if they continue to push innovative devices like the Lumia 920, they could certainly still have hopes of turning it all around.
