report suggest that both Tony Bates and Tami Reller are about to leave the company. It comes from Kara Swisher, who previously reported the Nadella is the man selected as the new CEO. Which is a longwinded way of saying that this report is accurate. Sure, exodus such as this one are expected (even welcome) when a new CEO is named, but as of right now we do not know the exact reasons for the departure of these two leaders. Tony Bates, as you may recall, was one of the top candidates to take over from Steve Ballmer. The fact that he was in the running for the hot seat and did not get the spot could, potentially, be the reason for his sudden exit. Reller, on the other hand, was actually expected to depart after growing tensions between her and the topmost hierarchy. Still, as executives go, both have been cited as incredibly talented individuals. Microsoft is yet to confirm or deny these new reports, but we could hear more on this very soon.]]>
