I’m confused. Was this planned all along or due to complaints. I know XP was supposed to stop security, so I assumed that would be Microsoft worldwide.
MS stop patching the OS but security essentials is not OS. It’s an anti-virus software.

Lost cause. They can put as much security as they want into it, but at this point, XP is good for dead. Move on, Microsoft and the users will follow.
