report states, the Lumia Cyan update is now being deployed in Finland as a test run — this update obviously is built upon Windows Phone 8.1, but also comes with several new features and enhancements for the Nokia Lumia handsets. Users in Finland are reportedly able to download this update just for the Lumia 925 right now, which is very much a norm for a staggered release like this. Microsoft and friends will quickly expand this to include more smartphones, if this goes right, and no issues are encountered. This is a pilot run, after all, to sort out any delivery issues. Speaking of delivery, it is also being reported that Argentinian Windows Phone users are also receiving update notifications for the Lumia 925 and the Lumia 1020. Don’t cry for me, Argentina, indeed! In any case, Microsoft was expected to launch Windows Phone 8.1 by the end of June, and it is only a matter of time before a full roll out begins for all users and devices on all networks. Oh, and if any of you have received update notifications, then the comment box below is a good place to talk about it. Even if you have not, then putting your excitement into words is a good idea.]]>
