Although USA communication giant T-Mobile has already confirmed that it will be launching the Lumia 521 soon, the carrier has not yet offered any additional information on pricing or availability.
But while we are still waiting for these details, the first press photo of the budget smartphone has just been leaked — and it looks quite elegant.
The image was revealed by evleaks in a tweet, and shows a sleek and desirable design of the smartphone that is expected to arrive at T-Mobile in the coming weeks.
Nokia Lumia 521 is, of course, T-Mobile’s version of Lumia 520, the budget friendly Windows Phone 8 handset that was unveiled last month at the Mobile World Congress event.
No details yet if this exclusive version has the same feature set and performance point as the Lumia 520. If it does, expect this smartphone to come with a dual-core CPU running at 1GHz paired with 512MB of memory and 8GB of internal storage space.
The phone is also rumored to come with a 4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display carrying a 480 by 800 pixels resolution, along with a 5 megapixel rear camera with autofocus HD 720p video recording, without LED flash support, however.
More details should be out in the coming days as the smartphone nears its launch. But from the look of things, the Lumia 521 seems to pack decent prowess in a delightful package.
