HTC has also included Boomsound speakers and the Dot View case, which comes with Cortana integration. Buyers also have the choice of a limited edition Xbox cover. Available in the US via Verizon, there company also plans to launch the device in Europe and other markets around the globe.   • It needs to hurry up and get to other carriers. HTC needs a cheap phone that can be sold through all the sub-carriers and cell phone shops
