As we said, Windows 10x seems like it might RTM this month (December 2020).
Now, a new report by Zac Bowden seems to be confirming that.
This may change, but I'm currently hearing that Microsoft is hoping to sign-off on an 'RTM' build of Windows 10X sometime next week. I'll keep you posted.

Apparently, Microsoft may be planning to RTM Windows 10X next week.
This will enable manufacturers to load and test the final release build before the final launch in March-April 2021.
