So, how does Samsung’s offering stack up compared to the Nokia Lumia 920 or HTC 8x? Actually, they are quite similarly spec’d. The ATIV S features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a 4.8-inch super AMOLED HD display, 16GB storage and microSD. Other specs include 8MP rear cam, 1.9MP front cam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and a 2300 mAh battery. The device also weighs in around 135 grams. That said, the design is probably a bit on the boring side when compared to HTC and Nokia. Windows Phone 8 handsets have thus-far been very colorful devices. The Samsung ATIV S’ styling is more on par with the Galaxy S3 and other Android handsets than it is other members of the Windows Phone 8 crowd.
