back out of Windows RT devices. Now there is news that the company is ending sales of all its laptops in the Old Continent. A Samsung spokesperson confirmed this earlier today, saying:
“We quickly adapt to market needs and demands. In Europe, we will be discontinuing sales of laptops, including Chromebooks, for now. This is specific to the region – and is not necessarily reflective of conditions in other markets.”And while sales in other regions of the world are not affected by this move, it does leave room open for Samsung to mount a possible return in Europe, in the future. For now, however, the company will not be selling any more laptops in the region — Windows powered ones or Chromebooks. We can imagine Satya Nadella only talked about mobile devices when he met with a high-ranking Samsung official today to talk strategy.]]>
