Microsoft has made available Windows 11 build 22458 to Insiders in the Dev channel of the preview program, and this latest Insider build comes with just a single change.
That to the Start Menu.
As the announcement post notes, the only notable change in this version is a new option within the power menu of the Start Menu, whereby you will see a single link to the sign-in options instead of it being a separate entity.

There’s a fair bit under the hood, though.
Microsoft has fixed an underlying issue that was impacting the reliability of Start, while Search also got a bug fix where folders with # in their name can now be added to indexing. This, to go with a whole bunch of issues that are rectified in the Settings app.

There are a few known issues that you might want to be aware of, including a couple of severe ones where icons on the Taskbar are shifted to the side when in default center alignment and being unable to enter text when using Search from Start.
As always, build 22458 can be downloaded by checking for updates in Windows Update.
As long as you are enrolled in the Dev channel, of course.
