post on the Nokia Conversations blog reads:
“Initially available for anyone with a Lumia PureView smartphone, from today the latest Refocus update will allow all Lumia owners sporting Windows Phone 8 to have a piece of the varifocal action. As we have seen with the great imaging apps like Nokia Camera before, lots of people have been asking for it and we responded. You spoke, we listened. Now anyone that owns a Lumia can enjoy the power and creativity of Nokia Refocus.”Jens Eggert, the Lead Program Manager for Refocus at Nokia also offers a couple of handy tips for users that have not had the pleasure of using this app until now. Nokia Refocus arrives as version 1.1.3.1 and is already available on the Windows Phone Store here as a freeware download. However, it might not show up for everyone right now. If this is the case check back at a later time and the app should be there.]]>

Thank you for posting the link. I think this is a big move. I haven’t personally been able to use the app, but I have heard incredible things. This article has confirmed it to me. I need to try this out!
Windows phone really seems to want to distinguish itself from competitors by having a superior camera experience and it seems like it’s a decent strategy.
