Time to take a look at another quality Windows 8 app from an established developer! Bamboo Page is a note taking and sketching application from Wacom, the famed maker of touchpads and computer styli.

This free app offers you plenty of tools so that you can jot down your notes and create sketches. Its greatest strength is an unobtrusive interface and responsiveness when writing or drawing on the touchscreen — in other words simple efficiency.

Even the official description is as simple as the app itself:

“Bamboo Page is an app for quick notes and sketches optimized for Windows 8. Capture your creative thoughts as quickly and simple as on real paper and share them instantly with colleagues and friends.”

You get multiple paper types (of different textures, colors and grid styles) to go with a number of highly useful tools and extender color choices to write and sketch with. The zoom feature built into the app is highly useful allowing creation of fine art.

Once created, Bamboo Page can also share and export notes to several inked services from within the app, including cloud and social networks.

Like all quality apps, this one supports multiple languages and all version of Microsoft newest platform, including the 32-bit and 64-bit desktop versions of Windows 8 as well as Windows RT.
