The amount of apps on the Windows Store is continuously growing, and this past month or so has actually seen several quality games land on Microsoft’s app repository.
Puzzle Craft actually combines two different types of games into one — town building and match-three puzzles — and the result is a deep and engaging gameplay, perfect for players of all ages.
German art (at least in games and cartoons) is always bright, colorful and detailed. And this game is no different. Everything from the visuals in the game down to the app icon is a visual delight. But where it really shines is gameplay. There is always something to do in the game.
The game description reads:
“In Puzzle Craft you take control of an entire populace and must help them grow their settlement into a bustling city! To do this you will need to farm, mine, collect taxes, hire workers and more. Blending two forms of gameplay for the first time, Puzzle Craft is as unique as it is addicting.”
The game is available with a freeware license on all Windows 8 platforms. It also comes with full touch support — meaning it is perfectly playable on Windows 8 and RT tablets without the need for a mouse and keyboard.
