shared the details:
“Based on the most common tasks people perform on Windows 8, we are taking steps to allow Smart Search to showcase results based on natural language understanding. Now when I search for ‘install a printer’, Smart Search will show me that the function resides within ‘Device Settings’ so I can take action with a simple click.”These new changes, as you can see, make it possible for users to search more naturally — instead of typing short search queries, and somewhat vague terms, they can now input questions and phrases explaining the task they want to perform. I have only one thing to say about this. What took this so long?! Microsoft have also fixed some of the spelling mistakes that existed in Smart Search on its newest operating system and the entire process should now be much smoother. This new update is set to be delivered to Windows 8.1 devices sometime this week, desktop and tablet both, so if you are yet to see this, just give it a few more hours.]]>

One big advantage of Bing is Microsoft users can have the two incorporated. You can’t do that with Google (unless you have a chromebook) or yahoo in the same way. Nice move!
Really interesting addition that only Microsoft can do. Something that’s innovative enough to help bing out a little bit. I like this idea a lot.
Nice implementation. My issue is that they should’ve implemented it 2 years ago!!
