Chuwi is back. Back with another crowdfunding effort, after its last one for the SurBook raised $1 million. This time, the CoreBook 2-in-1 is in the picture, another Surface clone.

That we recently talked about.

The device looks shares similarities with the iPad Pro, but this Windows 10 Home powered hybrid machine offers a totally different level of specification, features, and pricing. Chuwi has provided details on its website, including pricing and early bird discounts.

But for the most part, you are looking at a $499 standard price point, for this Intel Core m3 device that comes with two cores and four threads, rocking at up to 2.6GHz frequency.

This CPU is paired with Intel HD Graphics 615 for 4K video playback, and some casual gaming.

A massive 128GB eMMC storage should be fine for most use cases, as will the 6GB DDR3 memory. The Chuwi CoreBook 2-in-1 also features a 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen, with what the company calls unique 2.5D curved glass edges.

These not only make the device look more beautiful, but also offer an ergonomic design that fits comfortably in hand.

Also packed inside is a 37Wh high-density lithium battery that offers up to 8 hours of average use, and can be recharged in around 3 hours. A step-less hinged wide-angle keyboard allows you to turn it into a laptop of sorts, and the included stylus comes with 1,024 levels of pressure sensitivity.

You can take a look at the Chuwi CoreBook Indiegogo page the complete lowdown, and if interested, you can back it up and order one for yourself.
