reports, a new model of Dell Venue 11 Pro has been unearthed that runs on the new Intel Core M Broadwell processor in combination with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. That is a major step-up from the choice between Intel Atom and Intel Core processors, a nice middle of the road option with the right blend of performance, power requirements and price. The device maintains most of the other hardware, though. You get a 10.8-inch IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution of the original, along with two cameras, and the myriad of connectivity features like HDMI and USB 3.0 ports, Intel WiDi wireless display, WiFi, Bluetooth, along with optional ones like 4G LTE, NFC or TPM security. The WiFi models are coming next month, while the 4G variant is to be ready by December. Pricing details are lacking at the moment, though we do know that the original models started at a somewhat steep $499. Maybe Broadwell can work its magic here too, who knows? We’ll find out.]]>
