invites for an even later this month in New York, but ahead of the August 19 event, an image of the upcoming handset has surfaced — on the servers of Verizon, the US wireless network. First spotted by PCMag, this image very much supports the authenticity of the report that the smartphone is going to be exclusive to the carrier in the United States. By the way, the image remains available here as of this writing, but don’t be surprised if it is taken down. Comparing the Windows Phone version to the Android original reveals that little has changed in terms of design, which is not such a bad thing. One interesting sight is that the bottom speaker grill is much lower on the new model, which could just be a rendering mistake.
