This is what we know about the sizes of these two new smartphones: Lumia 930: 137mm x 71 mm Lumia 830: 139.4mm x 70.7mm So while the increased dimension do add up, previous rumors have pegged the screen size of the upcoming Lumia 830 as being in the 4.5 to 4.7 inches range. This new press render, however, shows it as a full 5 inch display. Interesting. Other highlights of the Lumia 830 include the 20 megapixel PureView camera and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. Rumored, of course. From the looks of it, I’d say they’re almost exactly the same. Is that what was intended?
The size increase is so minimal it’s almost pointless. Unlike your comment on it, I don’t think it really adds up to much of anything. But that’s just my opinion.
