Good things come to those who wait. And things rarely get better than testing out the preview build of Windows 8.1. Microsoft launched the preview version of the upcoming OS late last month, but some users were unable to install it.

Windows 8.1 Preview was actually released by the software titan in 13 different languages, and users who installed a language pack on their Windows 8 PC or device were not allowed to deploy the new test release — a fair few amount of users were left in the cold.

But the software titan promised to take care of things soon.

And now according to a report by Neowin, the company has now made it possible for all users to install the Preview version of the operating system, no matter if they have installed a language pack or not. Users can now easily install the update from the Store.

The Windows Store can be used to install the Preview on both traditional desktops and mobile devices, meaning Surface RT can try out the new OS too.

Microsoft has not yet publicly confirmed this update, but considering the fact that there are countless users that have previously installed language packs on Windows 8, and they want to try out the Preview, an official announcement could soon be incoming.
