page on Microsoft Mobile Devices website encourages users to let the company know what they think about their Windows Phone devices. Dedicated pages for each Lumia smartphone have been put up — out of which 16 are smartphones, from the Lumia 520 to the Lumia 1020, Lumia 1520 and Lumia Icon. The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet is also up for action. As the company puts it:

“You love your Lumia, so why not put it into words? Whether you’re crazy for the PureView camera, the wireless charging or helpful Cortana, don’t keep it to yourself – find your phone below and tell us what makes it special!”
Customers can rate their devices in a number of ways, including features, ease of use, and battery life, for example, along with input on how they use their phones, and whether they would recommend the devices or not. Pretty comprehensive. A simple initiative, but an excellent way for the company to collect direct feedback from fans.]]>
