A passwordless life
Microsoft has been on a mission to rid of the world of passwords, and it got just that bit closer with the Windows 10 May 2020 Update. Starting with this version, it is easier than ever to enable passwordless sign-ins for your Microsoft accounts.
Obviously, this feature is hardware dependent. But if your device packs in the latest in Windows Hello, then you can simply sign in with your face, fingerprint or PIN.
Faster, easier connections
We all want this, right? Windows 10 has made it easier and faster for you to pair your Bluetooth devices to your compatible PCs. It is now possible to take care of the process right in notifications instead of the Settings panel. This not only saves steps, but also makes things very easy.
Name your virtual desktops
A case can be made that this feature should have been right there from the start. But its finally here, though. Now, instead of having your virtual desktops named “Desktop 1” or “Desktop 2”, you can give them more descriptive and clever names. Or even go the amusing route, thanks to support for emojis here.
More Kaomoji
Now, admittedly, kaomoji are not for everyone. However, if they are a part of your life, then more of them are available in this latest Windows release. You can find the new ones in the emoji panel.
