Narrator

Accessibility has always been a hallmark of Windows 10, with Microsoft taking care to almost always roll out new improvements for users that need help. Things start with the Narrator here, which have had its sounds revamped to be more functional and more responsive.

There is also a new command to summarize a webpage, along with a few table reading improvements packed in. Plus, Narrator will now automatically start reading webpages and emails when they are opened in Mail and Outlook.

Windows Magnifier

Windows Magnifier has a new ability that lets you find your mouse cursor faster. It can keep the text cursor in the center of the screen, making it easier and smoother to type.

Eye Control

It is now possible to drag and drop with your eyes in Windows 10. Further Eye Control improvements include those in Settings, as well as an enhanced pause experience. You do need a third-party accessory for this, of course. But these accessibility improvements all add up.

Language learnings

The Global Language Experience team over at Microsoft continues to revamp Language Settings in Windows 10, allowing you to quickly and easily check your settings at a glance. The May 2020 Update also packs in improved typing experiences in Asian languages like Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
