Microsoft just demoed hands free mode in Windows 8.1 – an innovative new way to use your hands to move the screen left and right using the camera.
In the video, Julie Larson Green demoed  a real world scenario of wanting to avoid getting your hands dirty during cooking.
In this example, hands free mode allows the chef to move the screen left to right by video recognition.
Very cool.

how to used the hands free mode? i’ve update it
I think its just in the cooking app.
Play with it and you’ll see the hands free icon there. Once you activate it, you should be able to use your camera to swipe the pages..
