dumb qwestion
is this new operating system replace windows 8
or a service pack of windows 8 ???
Not sure anyone knows for sure.
🙁
I think its safe to say that this will almost certainly be a service pack that will be freely available to current 8 users. To suggest anything else would be just nuts, heck MS has enough trouble getting users to migrate from XP to 7 or 8, let alone trying to introduce another new platform and trying to get 8 users to upgrade to blue, it just wouldn’t happen. No, without doubt it will be an SP, just like Win7 SP1, and XP SP3, SP2 that came before (forget Vista).
So if your holding out on jumping to 8 just because blue is around the corner then I suggest you jump now. Glad I did, I’ve learned so much in the last few months it’s unreal and feel it’s really helped with my learning of Windows Server 2012, which I’m now well on my way to getting an MCSE.
The images all 3 seen MEH this is MEH. Wimdows 7 slays windows 8.
How to download?
I like the user interface, albeit it will take some time to get used to it.
