New Windows 8 theme – Aero Lite

A deviant Art user thepanda-x has created a Windows 7 theme based on the ‘Aero Lite’ theme.

Here are some of the changes he has made to the theme so far

  1. Aero Peek, Shadowless, Aero Peek Shadowless frames all now match the window style.
  2. TBEUI Vertical Background is no longer Aero and matches that of the TBEUI Horizontal Background.
  3. Toolbars items now match the color scheme.
  4. Headers items now match the color scheme.
  5. Group Headers items now match the color scheme.
  6. Rebars items now match the color scheme.
  7. List View items now match the color scheme.
  8. Items View items now match the color scheme.
  9. Tree View items now match the color scheme.
  10. New Progress bars. (I’ll update them again in the next release)
  11. Tabs have been updated to remove the missing pixel.
  12. Taskbar / Taskband Left, Top, Right, Bottom, Small (Aero/Basic)
  13. Window Frames (Basic, Animating, Aero Tool, Basic Tool, Aero Peek)
  14. Tabs
  15. New Radio and Checkbox (Yes again)
  16. New Frames (Real)
  17. New Caption Buttons (Real)
  18. New Scrollbar
  19. Updated Scrollbar and Trackbars (Real)
  20. Updated Buttons (Improvised Real)
  21. Updated TaskBand Button to match.
  22. Changed TBEUI’s Background to match.
  23. Changed Radio Box to match the color scheme.
  24. Changed Check Box to match the color scheme.
  25. Ported SysMetrics and Global Color scheme.
