If you have been holding out for more details on the US launch of Nokia’s first tablet, the Lumia 2520, then good news follows. AT&T has officially announced that it would be offering the LTE tablet for $400 with a two-year contract with the carrier.
This is for the 32GB storage capacity model, and it should be available November 22.
Powered by Windows RT 8.1, the Lumia 2520 was launched at an event in Abu Dhabi a few weeks back, and since then Nokia has made it available in a few select markets like Russia and Finland.
Anyway, AT&T has brought along some neat deals to entice Nokia enthusiasts. Buy a tablet along with a Lumia 925, Lumia 1020 or Lumia 1520, and the wireless network will slash the price of the Lumia 2520 to a mouthwatering $200 — with the same two-year contract, of course.
The only disappointing part is the color choices on offer here. The vibrant red or the lively cyan is not available, and the tablet will only be available in black.
Still, those that don’t want the hassle of a contract can get the Lumia 2520 from AT&T for the regular price of $500, as Nokia announced at launch.
But with Surface 2 already out and shipping, the battle of the Windows RT 8.1 tablets sure looks like it is all ready to heat up a few notches. Both Microsoft and Nokia will want to go all in with promotion and marketing of their respective ARM based devices.

Good deal. I would be interested in seeing the price of the total package. This is what Microsoft needs to do, bigger deals and discounts for people purchasing multiple products.
Is Best Buy and Staples going to carry this or just AT&T. I would love seeing it but would not give AT&T $0.01 of my money nor do I want a calling plan from anybody on it. Also if there are other colors why aren’t the available at time of launch?
