If there is one thing you can count on Nokia for doing is supporting its range of devices with custom apps. This is something only a few companies do — and few do it as well as the Finnish telecommunication giant.

The company has just made available for download a redesigned version of its Nokia Care application for the owners of Windows Phone 8 devices. The version number of this new flavor is 2.0.1.27.

The new release arrives with a brand new user interface that is redesigned from the grounds up to deliver a new better experience to all users. The company talks about this in the app release notes:

“Complete application redesign with new content and features, like Nokia YouTube videos or social network links for some locations.”

Nokia Care helps users make the most of their Nokia Lumia smartphones by providing them with information on the various features of the devices. The software offers everything from tips and tricks to FAQs and even YouTube videos.

A handy user guide is also available that can be viewed offline.

The user interface is just what you would expect of a Windows Phone app — big, bright and bold. And similar to the company’s other apps, a text based menu list all the features while a Metro interface makes navigating a breeze.
