Usability expert says Windows 8 UI is Misguided and Disappointing

  • Windows 8 got it all, choose your option touch screen or/& mouse/keyboard, live tiles, one UI look & feel across devices
    use it as PC, use as Tablet….same experience

  • I’m enjoying it. I actually find the new start page quicker than the old start menu, which I would have to drill through hundreds of apps rather than 1 key and a couple letters typed in and I’m there. Can run 2 screens with conventional desktop and the other touch based. Very fast and good performing. Windows tools, explorer, control panel, everything much improved.
