This seems like a good deal for those who need to upgrade from XP. I find it hard to believe someone would pass up this deal to go to a newer version of windows or apple, especially if they’ve waited this long to upgrade in the first place.
Are these upgrades reliable at this point? I remember when they first became available there were numerous issues occurring. I guess my question is whether or not it’s just better to buy new hardware as well. Chances are if it runs XP, it’s old anyway.

This makes sense to me. It’s an older OS at this point, plus Microsoft wants people to upgrade from XP.

This seems like too good of a deal to pass up! I may just invest in this as a backup! LOL 🙂
